Hey there and welcome to my new travel site Stevensworldtravel. I’m Steven, based in the United Kingdom and I have the travel bug! 14 Countries and counting! I first ventured away on my own when I was in my early 20’s and after that I thought, yeah! I love this sense of freedom and wonder! I need to see more!

Now i’m in my 50’s I’ve been to quite a few places and thought maybe I should write about my adventures, provide some travel tips etc, becuase that is exactly what I look for before I go somewhere. You know what I mean? Where do I get the bus from the airport? Where do I get the local currency? Where do I find a good supermarket? All of that stuff that makes the initial arrival much easier.

Travelling doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive. You can make it both it you want, but I choose not to. I can spend a week away for less than the cost of one night in a hotel here in the United Kingdom!

Sure I’ve done the luxury end to at times, but actually have more fun doing a tight budget trip. So lets explore! I’m starting off with Albania for my first blogs as it’s my most recent travel destination and one of my absolute favourites!
